I HELP ENTREPRENEURS GROW THEIR BUSINESS SAFELY. I believe that legal and tax support should not only protect your business, but also build a solid foundation for its growth.

I take the legal burden off my Clients’ shoulders, so they can focus on running and growing their business. I communicate in a clear, straightforward way. I move away from the old-fashioned legal jargon that still dominates the market. I regularly publish comments and analyses on changes in law, AI and business.

about me

My work is based on reliability and a careful analysis of each Client’s problem in light of current laws and case law. I want my Clients to fully understand their legal situation and the possible consequences of their decisions before taking the next step. This makes cooperation safer, more informed and built on mutual trust. I believe that clear communication and awareness of the legal situation help reduce stress and remove uncertainty, allowing Clients to focus on running and developing their business.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

An entrepreneur who wants to run their business in compliance with GDPR should first prepare appropriate documentation setting out the rules for collecting, processing and storing Clients’ personal data. The next step is to consider whether appointing a Data Protection Officer is required and to implement appropriate safeguards to protect personal data against leaks or unauthorised access.
Yes. Every person running a registered business should ensure that GDPR is properly implemented in their company. This obligation applies regardless of the legal form of the business, the number of employees or the scale of business activity.
There is no single universal answer to which legal form of business is more beneficial. The right choice depends on the entrepreneur’s individual situation, plans and approach to risk. A sole proprietorship usually involves lower accounting costs and no incorporation costs. However, with higher income, a limited liability company may be more tax-efficient.

The most important changes include:

  1. the possibility for labour inspectors to reclassify apparent civil law contracts and B2B contracts as employment contracts by way of an administrative decision;
  2. the possibility for an employee or employer to appeal to the court against an administrative decision reclassifying a contract as an employment contract;
  3. granting employers the right to apply for an individual interpretation regarding the correct form of employment.

The amendment to the Act will enter into force, with some exceptions, on 8 July 2026.
